One-to-One Support

Staff assists individuals by offering a friendly, supportive atmosphere for job search and career exploration and encourages clients to take charge of their future by developing the skills they need in a rapidly changing world. Staff has training and extensive experience in adult education, group facilitation, and career development. Arrange an appointment with an Employment Counsellor who will assist you with:

- Developing a Back-to-Work plan
- Identifying your needs and barriers
- Learning proven, effective job search strategies
- Resume development and cover letter writing
- Completing paper and on-line applications forms
- Preparing for and practice your interview skills
- Staying on track with your plan and maintaining a positive outlook
- Referral to other agencies that may offer additional employment supports and services
