- For Youth (12 - 18th birthday)
- Alternative to criminal charges/court
- For first offence or minor offence
- Involves parents/guardians, victim(s) and trained volunteers
- Negotiate appropriate way to make amends
- Take responsibility for actions

Referrals from the Niagara Regional Police and the Crown Attorney. Additionally, incidents occurring at a Port Colborne school can be referred directly by school officials.
